    Description

    Essential Functions:

    Develop and maintain direct relationships with their assigned chain buyers with a focus on distribution, pricing, displays, and category management initiatives for the purpose of selling Winebow Imports products in order to grow Winebow brands within the assigned territory.

    Manage key accounts by targeting sales by brand and monitoring execution via reporting and tracking.

    Become the knowledge expert of the Winebow Imports Portfolio, partner with the Wholesale Sales Team Work to develop improved working relationships within chain retail establishments in your assigned territory.

    Identify new account opportunities and placement of the Winebow Imports portfolio by working with internal business partners to execute.
    Collaborate with chain accounts and distributors to secure and execute promotional display activity programs to achieve account depletion targets.
    Lead new item execution, assess, and recommend schematic adjustments, and monitor the new item process.
    Analyze Nielsen/IRI data to produce and present fact based reports and/or presentations identifying selling opportunities.
    Partner with Winebow Marketing Team to secure consumer driven programs and events.
    Lead review and planning meetings with distributor chain managers.
    Conduct retailer and distributor trainings to help create in-house WBI Ambassadors.

    Responsible to ensure WBI field execution for National/Regional mandated programs, marketing and featured activityWork directly with management to develop and maintain Operating Expense Budgets for their assigned region.

    Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
    Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and all work related functions on time and as scheduled.


    Other Functions:
    Continuation of learning to refine fine wine knowledge specific to the Imports portfolio.
    Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager.


    Other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree preferred or 7 years of national account off premise experience.
    Minimum of 5 years sales experience with a supplier or distributor within off premise chain accounts.
    Demonstrated computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
    Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
    Strong team player, able to interact with all levels of management, and work in a fast paced environment.
    Demonstrated business and analytical skills, preferred experience using Nielson/IRI analysis.
    Demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
    Proven ability to develop key retail customer relationships and work with all levels of internal and external management.
    Valid Driver's License.
