Description
Required Qualifications + Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university + Master\'s Degree + Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction + Prefer Internal Medicine specialty + Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine + 8 or more years of technical experience + 5 or more years of management experience + This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge\'s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Good understanding of best practice coding and documentation in value-based environment

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$265,500 – $365,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
