    LeadingReach is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing and tech savvy representative with previous experience in a clinical healthcare setting and/or strong business acumen to join our growing Business Development team.

    This is a highly strategic role that requires creativity, resilience and an ability to partner effectively with teammates to identify new business opportunities and close them.

    Based in Austin, Texas, LeadingReach is a HIPAA-secure, web-based platform that connects healthcare providers together on the LeadingReach Network enabling them to refer patients, share clinical documentation, and communicate digitally, reducing the need for faxes and phone calls between providers.

    *As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels to generate qualified meetings. This will include qualification of all inbound and outbound leads and new business opportunities via phone, email and through the LeadingReach platform.
    Generate warm leads by proactively calling and/or emailing medical practices of all types

    • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Zoho CRM
    • Bachelor's degree or work equivalent experience required
    • Minimum 1 + years in a business development and/or sales role
    • Proficient in Google & CRM applications
    • 100% Remote, must be based in the U.Competitive salary - Base compensation and bonus structure based on team and individual performance objectives
