- Provide event, warning, alert, and alarm processing and management.
- Detect events collected by the Enterprise Management System across the client site computing environments including all corporate networks and corporate telephone.
- Monitor batch processing job flows on two corporate networks and monitor that requested batch completion times are met, escalate when required. Provide prompt and accurate response to error notifications (Alerts)
- Administer and support on-premises APC (Access Point Controllers) Cybers Azure Stack private cloud platform that department M&Os which includes patching, configuration, service and incident fulfillment, and capacity management. Maintains the integrity of servers and systems to meet established requirements for service levels, disaster recovery, and business.
- Provide IT project and service management support & space coordinator space/facilities management.
- Perform hourly walk throughs of the Data Center.
- High School Diploma and 3 years of experience related to the position.
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department. of Energy Q security clearance.

The SOC Analyst Monitoring team is staffed to provide performance and availability monitoring and notification on a 24x7x365 basis.
