    Description
    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - CHRISTUS Health

    Summary: Responsible for patient assessment, patient care planning, and provision of quality nursing care to an assigned group of patients for a defined work period.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develops a comprehensive nursing care plan which addresses all significant needs and problems identified through nursing assessment.
    • Implements patient care as planned in nursing care plan and interdisciplinary care plan.
    • Evaluates patient response to interventions and attainment of goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
    • Maintains patient confidentiality and reports and documents accurately and concisely to appropriate persons the patient's condition.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
    • Six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit
    • RN License in state of employment or compact
    • Current ACLS certification required

    Work Environment: As a Registered Nurse at CHRISTUS Health, you will be working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
