    Description
    Overall Description:
    • Work in collaboration with both internal and external departments/agencies to ensure the safety and security of passengers, employees, and property by utilizing various tools such as Police Radio, video cameras, and emergency call systems.

    Specific Responsibilities:
    • Receive and process emergency and non-emergency requests for service within the designated area.
    • Monitor and transmit vital information using designated frequencies.
    • Process criminal queries and document all incidents accurately.
    • Operate security camera systems and initiate emergency response plans when necessary.
    • Notify relevant personnel of incidents with significant impact and adhere to all communication policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any concerns promptly.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least eight years of experience in radio communications within emergency services.
    • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer usage.
    • Excellent concentration, verbal and written abilities, as well as good organizational skills.
    • Must pass a thorough background check and be willing to work flexible hours.
