    Length of Internship: SUMMER (May-August; timeline can be discussed)

    The Racing Louisville FC Equipment Intern will be responsible for assisting the Equipment Manager with day-to-day equipment operations within the Racing Louisville Football Club, working closely with coaching staff and players. This is not a paid internship.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Assist Technical Staff with daily training session setup/clean up and provide support during the sessions
    • Assist in the preparation of first team apparel including laundry, pressing, and distribution of gear
    • Assist in the upkeep of the locker room ensuring all staff and players have what is needed for games and training
    • Assist in maintaining inventory records of supplies, equipment, and apparel
    • Work all home Racing Louisville home games, including locker room set up and clean up
    • Assist in all areas of soccer operations as needed
    • Assist with planning logistics for away trips including packing and movement of team equipment
    • Assist in the filming of training sessions
    • Provide support for non-traveling players when needed (this position does not include team travel)
    • Assist the Equipment Manager with any other tasks that are needed
    Qualifications:
    • Current enrollment in college or university
    • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environments
    • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends as well as work in all weather conditions
    • Must be available on all home Racing games
    • Strong time management skills
    • Must be able to pass a background check and become safesport certified
    • Must have reliable transportation and housing
