    Description

    Northern Chicago group needs a locum Anesthesiologist to fill in at a Northern Chicago suburban hospital. Must have IL license

    • Total Number of FTE s needed? 1-2 MDs
    • Reason for Coverage: Vacancies
    • EMR: Epic, paper charting in OR
    • Coverage Dates: ASAP (ongoing)
    • Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: M-F, 40 hours per week (must be flexible with shift length and OT)
    • Call Schedule/Responsibilities: In house trauma call (no OB) and back up call bundled rates
    • Type of Patients/Cases: general, ortho, vascular, off site cardiac EP lab, GI endoscopies, Level 1 Trauma Center No OB
    • Patients per Day/Volume: average amount, 3-5 cases/day in OR
    • Support Staff: mostly MDs, occasional CRNAs, although doing your own cases
    • Type of Care Model: Own cases
    • Credentialing takes days
    • Possible TEMPS available for clean file
    • $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
    • $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours.
    • $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
