What You'll Do:
Manage and oversee junior marketing members including Senior Specialists, Specialists, and Assistants
Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable items for junior marketing members
Enforce marketing budgets
Engage in regular performance feedback for junior marketing members
Assist Senior Marketing Manager, Department Manager, and Associate Director with staffing initiatives
Oversee interactions with marketing/non-marketing teams to effectively support marketing strategy
Lead marketing teams in department-specific projects and programs
Collaborate within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
Collaborate with marketing departments on special projects
Lead branding best practices
Track trends and monitor marketing metrics
Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education, seminars, classes, and/or professional organizations
Mentor junior marketing staff
Review RFPs to determine alignment with local office and company goals and objectives
Facilitate strategic proposal marketing materials locally, regionally, and nationally
Oversee production of standard and customized proposal marketing materials for cohesive branding efforts
Follow up on pending submittals to determine wins and losses
Facilitate presentations for both prime and teaming opportunities, as needed
Provide regional information to report and monitor changing demographics and other relevant issues
Identify and track strategic pursuits
Maintain and update databases
What We're Looking For:
BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required
6 years of sales or marketing experience required, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred
