    Location: Round Lake, IL


    Pay: $45 - $47/hr


    Length: Seven (7) months with the possibility of extension or conversion


    Shift: Mon - Fri, 7a-430p

    The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.

    This includes managing the receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods, as well as supervising the warehouse team.

    The ideal candidate will maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
    Responsibilities for this
    Warehouse Supervisor position include but are not limited to:

    • Warehouse Management:
    Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipment preparation. Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Process) standards.

    • Staff Supervision:
    Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage employee schedules, and address any employee-related issues.

    • Process Optimization:
    Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in warehouse operations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as needed.

    • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Baxter and Federal Trade Zone requirements. Serve as the point of contact for warehouse audits.

    • Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the warehouse department budget. Monitor expenses and control costs without compromising quality or safety.

    • Transportation and Logistics:
    Manage transportation and distribution of products, including coordination with third-party logistics suppliers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to distribution centers.

    Education/Certificates required:

    • Bachelor's degree required

    Qualifications for this
    Warehouse Supervisor job:


    • 5 years of warehouse operations or related field with proven track record of leading teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
