We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to join our Digital Products team at Chinchwad, Pune.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of machine learning models to meet business objectives and customer needs.
Our team manages a portfolio of Commercial and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) products, catering to both customers and dealers.
We play a pivotal role in our customers' digital transformation journey and drive revenue through innovative product solutions.Role and Responsibilities
Understand business objectives and customer requirements to develop machine learning models, along with defining metrics for tracking success.
Collaborate closely with product managers and subject matter experts to translate ideas into actionable product solutions and oversee their implementation.
Led end-to-end product feature development using Python, including the development of machine learning models and implementation of MLOps practices.
Automate and optimize existing processes, procedures, and toolsets to streamline operations.
Review architecture and technology landscape to identify opportunities for optimizing performance, reliability, and security.
Requirements And Skills
Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
Strong hands-on experience in writing object-oriented code using Python.
Proficiency in building machine learning and deep learning models, including predictive
algorithms, time series analysis, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision, and deploying them effectively.
Experience designing and deploying custom applications on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience in the manufacturing and/or energy domain with an understanding of industrial equipment is desirable.
Leadership abilities, self-driven attitude, customer focus, willingness to learn new technologies, and adaptability to navigate through challenges effectively.
Good To Have
Experience with IIoT-based applications and/or customer-facing products.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes & Docker.
Experience working in cross-functional product engineering teams following agile development methodologies.
