Position: Shipping and Warehouse Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Grants Pass, Oregon
Compensation: Paid Weekly
Work Environment: Unique, eclectic, and mission-driven crew

Role Overview
The Shipping and Warehouse Associate is a crucial, hands-on role responsible for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our finished product storage and outbound shipments. You will ensure meticulous organization, accurately select and prepare packages, and perform quality checks to guarantee all outgoing products meet our established labeling and packaging standards. This position is vital for product compliance and ensuring timely, accurate delivery information.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized finished product storage area.
- Select packages for shipping using provided labels.
- Verify that all sizes, weights, and box labeling adhere to established procedures.
- Provide spot check counts on finished product and materials.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery information for all outgoing packages.
- Maintain an efficient and accessible storage system for all finished products.
- Facilitate accurate and swift package selection for shipping.
- Guarantee compliance with all packaging and labeling standards, reducing errors.
Requirements
- Skilled in inventory management and organization, including physical arrangement and efficient space utilization.
- Adept at following detailed instructions and using provided documentation for package selection.
- Thorough understanding of quality control procedures for packaging and labeling.
- Ability to utilize a pallet jack (opportunity for forklift certification).
- Regularly lift 50 lbs or more.
- Consistently adhere to the attendance policy.
