    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller to join our dynamic finance team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full cycle General Ledger activities, cash forecasting, intercompany cost allocations, and proficiency in utilizing various accounting software, including Viewpoint, SAP, Vista, and QuickBooks.

    This role offers not only the chance to excel in day-to-day accounting functions but also the opportunity for internal promotion in a rapidly growing business.


    Responsibilities:
    Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    Generate insightful financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
    Manage the entire General Ledger process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
    Develop and maintain accurate and timely cash flow forecasts to ensure effective financial planning.
    Analyze cash trends, identify variances, and provide recommendations for optimizing cash management.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is a plus.
    In-depth knowledge of cash forecasting, full cycle General Ledger, and intercompany accounting.
    Proficiency in accounting software, including Viewpoint, SAP, Vista, and QuickBooks.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.

    Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
