    About this role

    Our Therapists work collaboratively with the clinical team, providing support to children, youth, adults, and families through assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence based therapeutic modalities. You will have the ability to work independently with clients, and as part of a team, coordinating with schools, court systems, medical professionals, and other involved parties, to help clients succeed. We provide a supportive and fun office dynamic, including cook-off competitions, spirit week celebrations, support of local community program events, etc. We offer free licensure supervision, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

    Perks of this role:

    • $47,000 - $80,000 base salary (Masters, Associate, Independent level)
    • $3,500 Sign-on Bonus, based on education/licensure
    • $4,800 additional incentive pay opportunity
    • 8am-5pm weekday work with schedule flexibility several times a week
    • Hybrid work opportunity after 6 months of employment

    What we're looking for:

    • One (1) of the following:
      • Master's Degree in Counseling, Therapy, Psychology or a related field and 1 or more years' counseling/mental health experience
      • LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LAC, or Substance Abuse licensed in Arizona.
    • Bi-lingual experience a plus
