    Medical specialties:

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides Primary healthcare to the full spectrum of patients of different ages.
    • Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients.
    • Plans, provides, and documents patient care plans.

    Requirements:

    • Active APNP license in the State & active board certification as an NP
    • Active PA board certification AND Active PA license in the State.
    • Active DEA license unrestricted or ability to apply for such license before or upon hire
    • CPR certification and others as required and relevant to the practice area
    • 1-2 years in outpatient neurology (Preferred)
