- Drive innovation through developing and socializing product strategies & roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and execute all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, including business case development with a global perspective and alignment.
- Provide comprehensive application support for assigned products, including the development of technical collateral, and conducting Account Management Tools Training.
- Partner with Business Development to drive Voice of Customer and lead competitor analysis activities, including assessing product value proposition, competitive landscape, market sizing and share, and pricing strategies.
- Manage pricing, S&OP forecasting, and inventory management, providing valuable cost inputs into our Manufacturing Strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to understand and address customer needs and inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
- Product Management understanding

- 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Willingness to travel globally, ranging from 10-25% of your time, to Panduit, customer, and supplier locations.
