    The Responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager are as follows:
    Assist the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing multifamily development projects from conception to completion.
    Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
    Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
    Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
    Assist with procurement and management of subcontractors and vendors.
    Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
    Support the resolution of any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
    Minimum Qualifications for a Construction Assistant Project Manager are:
    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
    Previous experience in project management, preferably within the multifamily real estate industry.
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
    Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
