  • Proactively call into accounts, track, utilize, and maintain all data in our corporate CRM database.
  • Collaborate with potential customers to understand and identify how they can integrate 3D printing into their workflow or areas of business.
  • Partner with internal and external sales team members to develop a given territory, call on targeted account lists, and participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for securing new accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, internal, and external team members through excellent communication, rapport with decision makers, and follow up contacts.
  • Collaborate with all Sales Department team members to prioritize prospecting efforts and accounts to target.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline activity metrics and KPI goals set by sales management.
  • Maintain up-to-date and extensive knowledge of all EAC product and service offerings.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions, appropriate products, and service offerings.
  • Utilize all communication methods available to achieve activity metrics.
  • Communicate and present sales offerings to customers, internal and external team members through various methods such as MS PowerPoint or other electronic means.
  • Attending in-person or virtual sales demonstrations, trade shows, or other events.
  • Other duties as assigned as company needs dictate.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work
  • 1 or more years of relevant work experience, or completion of a Sales Associate Development Program or similar
  • An exceptional level of business acumen, motivation, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management, and multitasking.
  • Able to compile, analyze, and interpret results of data gathering.
  • Must be good at identifying general trends and patterns that may need to be addressed by management.
  • Clear knowledge of the selling cycle with the ability to make cold calls on a daily basis
  • Strong interpersonal skills; requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.
  • Desire to be a continuous learner of RRD's products & services
  • Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.
  • Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.
  • Able to apply general functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools to complete work assignments.

    Additional Information
    This is a 100% commissioned role with unlimited earnings potential. The minimum draw, whether non-recoverable or recoverable, is expected to be $50000+ per year. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and geographic location.
