    School-Based Occupational Therapist

    Location: Coos Bay, Oregon

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Coos Bay, Oregon. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals to help them achieve their maximum level of independence in daily living activities.

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
    • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions.
    • Monitor and document patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
    • Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving daily living skills.
    • Stay current with best practices and trends in occupational therapy.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.

    Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience.
