Responsibilities for this Role:

Demonstrates and supports the organization's vision.
Ensures regular attendance and punctuality.
Complies with management system requirements to ensure ISO/IEC 17025/AOAC ALACC and government regulatory compliance.
Adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations for analytical work.
Enters sample data accurately and promptly into Eurofins eLIMS system.
Conducts laboratory testing efficiently and accurately.
Verifies and submits results on time.
Addresses process difficulties and proposes solutions.
Maintains readiness to respond to the needs of clients and colleagues.
Fosters cooperative relationships with all employees.
Promotes the company image through ethical business practices.
Strives for continuous improvement in work quality.
Identifies non-conformances and out-of-specifications.
Conducts activities safely and efficiently.
Performs assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma.
1-2 years of Laboratory experience is beneficial.

Ideal Candidates possess:

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment:

Ability to lift weights up to certain limits.
Must stand during the shift.
Availability for overtime and Holiday work.

Additional Information:

The company is looking to fill a position in the Preparation and Enrichment Team. This is a Full-Time role with a specific schedule. The base pay starts at $ an hour with potential additional compensation for the Second-Shift Schedule.
