IT Systems Support Specialist (Saginaw, MI)

Fullerton Tool Company is looking for a candidate to fill the IT Systems Support Specialist position, focused on maintenance, deployment, and updating of computer hardware, software, and users.

Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat.
Provide customer assistance virtually and in person and document customer interactions.
Perform diagnostics to resolve reported issues.
Escalate issues as necessary.
Install, support, and repair computer hardware, software, and other devices.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Qualifications/Education/Skills:
Associate degree in information systems or equivalent experience.

Knowledge:
Windows Server Centric Environments Desktops and Software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Server.
Preferred
Knowledge:
GlobalShop ERP, AD, Entra (Azure AD), and M365 environment management.
MAC and IOS proficiency preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.

Equipment Used:
Labtop, cell phone, and tablets.

Working Conditions:
Flexibility to work varying day time shifts, available to work regular overtime, occasional night and weekend work.
Ability to work on ladders and from lifts occasionally.
