    Job Summary


    Looking for an opportunity to work in sales, and wanting the ability to directly impact your own income potential? If so, we are looking for licensed, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team.


    In this field position, you will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently.

    You will be interacting with Keystone Advisors customers, external business partners and the community we serve through face-to-face, telephonic, virtual interactions.

    Our Senior Sales Broker's sell Medicare, and individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting.

    Some of our additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more. Keystone Advisors has an inclusive and diverse culture welcoming candidates with multilingual skill sets to service our consumers.

    Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
    Work company sponsored community events to generate leads
    Develop effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current or new clients
    Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options, including health insurance plans.
    Educate clients on various insurance products, policy features, and coverage limits.
    Assist clients with policy enrollment, claims processing, and policy renewals.
    Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and product changes to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
    Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
    Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Develop effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current or new clients
    Self-generate sales prospects from various community engagement initiatives within the market.
    Adhere to all compliance rules and ethical standards.
    Achieve intended sales quotas.
    Bilingual skills are a huge plus.
    Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
    Minimum 5-year experience working in a Medicare Advantage program interacting with Agencies and brokers.

    Must have independent and reliable transportation to work at primary and satellite office locations or off-site broker locations and community/marketing events.

    Proficient with PC computer and Microsoft software products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

    Physical requirements:
    must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

    Qualifications

    Bilingual skills are a huge plus.
    Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
    Minimum 5-year experience working in a Medicare Advantage program interacting with Agencies and brokers.
