We are seeking a Senior / Lead UX Designer who is first and foremost an exceptional hands-on designer in Figma.
This is not a research-heavy role instead of maker-leader someone can own complex eCommerce experiences end-to-end in Figma while bringing a strong informed point of view to product discussions grounded in best practices conversion principles and real-world eCommerce experience Baymard certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
