    We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing/Health Services (RN) who is passionate about making a difference for our Bellingham Community

    Shift Schedule:
    Monday - Friday
    Silverado provides growth opportunities for just about any position on our teams
    We offer education assistance programs to support school reimbursements and provide paid training
    Must have a passion for the relationship side of clinical care
    Experience leading and influencing across the network of clinical staff, preferably in a senior care or long-term care setting
    Dedication to working with seniors in a culturally diverse workforce
    Communicating with and serving as the clinical liaison between residents, families, nursing staff, doctors, and administrators
    Evaluating nurse performance, implementing changes to nursing best practices, and managing standard-of-care guidelines
    Developing short- and long-term staffing, procedural, and standard-of-care goals
    Ensuring the Resident Care Director successfully sets nursing staff schedules, manages onboarding, and trains new nursing staff
    Monitoring and recording expenses
    Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies and regulations
    Is an effective communicator in both verbal and written English
