    • Lead activities and reporting to support ISO 9001 certification and adhere to DOD requirements for fabrication and machining processes.
    • Develop and oversee quality control tests to ensure compliance with ISO, DOD, and customer standards, inspecting at various production stages.
    • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor compliance to ensure high-quality inputs.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations specific to the defense industry and ISO standards.
    • Supervise and provide guidance to inspectors, technicians, and other staff members.
    • Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
    • Maintain documentation and perform statistical analysis to meet ISO and DOD reporting requirements.
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure product requirements are met, aiming for continuous improvement.
    • A Quality Assurance Level II certification is required to support all weld and NDT inspections, personnel training, testing and certification.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage quality systems, conduct internal and customer audits, and lead quality improvement projects.
