Functional Time Implementation Lead - Germany, United States - Alight
Description
General requirements
• 3+ years of experience with time implementation and HR related projects
• hands on mentality
• open to new ways of implementing
• out of the box thinking
• solid knowledge of local legal time and payroll regulations
• familiar with overall HR end-to-end processes related to payroll and time
• language skills needed German and English fluent
• additional knowledge of applicable legal regulations for CH and/ AT welcomed
Activities under your responsibility
• Prepare and lead client workshops to
• Capture time exchange localization information
• Identify deviations from alight standard (product & processes)
• Coordinate configuration and/or configuring of time solution within the implementation team
• Validate time solution & integrations – SIT execution
• Perform data validations in time system
• Coordinate defect resolution with within the implementation team
• Knowledge transfer to maintenance team for BAU of the payroll
• Track and manage transports/configuration replication across payroll environments
• Estimate workload for implementation of approved local deviations
Activities you should contribute to
• Support kick off
• Provide/review activities, durations and dependencies for project plan
• Support data mapping exercise
• Support integration issues resolution
• Support UAT and parallel testing
• Support data validations across all systems
• Support data issues resolution
• MPI(Manual processes inventory) – workaround definitions, resolution tickets
• Support knowledge transfer to HRO teams
• Provide/review activities, durations and dependencies for cutover plan
