- Perform regular rounds with off-going CNA/RCC to ensure resident safety and address any immediate care needs.
- Assist residents with daily activities while respecting their privacy.
- Help residents achieve their maximum physical function by providing necessary assistance for ambulation, transferring, and toileting.
- Monitor and maintain resident hygiene, including bowel and bladder care.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report any changes in resident conditions promptly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of training at an accredited nurse assistant facility.
- CRT-Nursing Assistant certification from PROMETRIC upon hire.
