**Job Title:** Retail Sales Associate

**Reports to:** Clinic Manager

**Department:** Field Operations

**Pay Rate:** $18.75 Hourly Rate + 10% commission on products and wellness services sold

**Job Summary:**

Sameday Health is searching for passionate and experienced check in staff with sales experience. We are building a motivated team that is focused on pushing all of the new health and wellness services that Sameday Health has to offer. Your role will include checking in clients that arrive for wellness services at Sameday Health locations and communicating the benefits of each product we offer. Additionally, you will go out into the local area to assist with flyering and notifying local stores/potential clients about our offerings. There will be sales requirements to hit per hours worked and commission bonus for products sold.

**Sameday Health Client Advisor Job Description**

A Sameday Health Retail Sales Associate is responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from checking in customers, greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Individual responsibilities as a Sameday Health Client Advisor may include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, flyering in the surrounding area, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

A Sameday Health Retail Sales Associate must process payments through the payment for stripe app via an iPhone or iPad at the check in desk. Checking in clients who are getting a COVID test or coming for any other wellness service. Maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting store's commitment to our customer. Developing product knowledge by reading current vendor tags and pamphlets and attending training classes in order to communicate it to the customer. Staying current with promotional events and sales.

**Requirements:**

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Proficient in verbal and written English language

Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management

Telephone etiquette

Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business

Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
