    Rosemont at Stone Mountain - Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and maintaining the accurate accounting of residents trust funds, receiving of residents portion of payment to facility, government paymentto facility and billing.


    Job Duties:

    • Accountable for completion of monthly billing of medicare,medicaid,VA, and all other residents funding accounts are assigned by the facility or Nursing Center.
    • Verifies all Residents accounts are charged and posted timely before billing to indicate all ancillaries.
    • Verifies that al Residents ledgers are balanced after posting or billing.
    • Verifies timely payer source of refferal from admissions.
    • Assist with daily and monthly census reports in coorddination with Medical Records and Nursing Department, also Forwarding all daily census
    report to Corporate office.
