    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a creative and results-driven social media marketing specialist to join our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audiences, and drive traffic to our website.

    You will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our online presence across various social media platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with Caliber's brand, mission, and business objectives.

    Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to support strategic topics and initiatives.

    Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

    Cultivate a strong brand presence and ensure consistent brand recognition.


    Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for optimizing, managing and supporting executive, sales and recruitment leader LinkedIn profiles to enhance their visibility, credibility, and engagement within relevant professional networks.

    Act as a community manager for Caliber; monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.

    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

    Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

    Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing to continuously enhance our strategies and tactics.

    Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to key stakeholders.


    Qualifications:


    Proven 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry, with knowledge and understanding of the changing social media landscape required.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Creative thinker who takes the initiative to develop engaging content for a variety of channels required.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

    Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced work environment.

    Track record of driving significant organic visibility across key social channels.

    Experience in collaborating with graphic designers and video editors to produce content is preferred.

    Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
