Fetch is the first off-site package management solution for apartment buildings. All packages are sent to our warehouse, and we communicate directly with residents through our tech platform to coordinate door-to-door delivery. Warehouses are the hub for our package fulfillment. As an Operations Associate you will work alongside a team to create flawless efficiency in the package fulfillment process, add a layer of inspection to the quality of the inventory, and provide support for all warehouse staff, as well as contracted Retrievers. You will possess great responsibility for the success of the warehouse, which will translate to the satisfaction of all residents to whom Fetch serves.

**What you'll do:**
Collaborate with warehouse team on package fulfillment processes
Organize and inventory packages into the Fetch platform
Handle quality inspection of parcels
Work alongside Head Retrievers for large and special deliveries
Maintain common and work spaces for a safe environment
Deliver packages on a special basis
Provide the Fetch Experience
**What you'll need:**
Former warehouse experience recommended, but not required
Proficient in basic computer usage
Ability to thrive under pressure
Desire to be the ideal team player
Passionate about serving others
High-level of commitment towards prioritized decision making
Clear and concise with electronic and verbal communication
Must have a valid drivers license
**Physical Demands and Abilities:**
Regularly lift and move parcels that weigh from a range of 10 to 150 pounds
Crouch, kneel and stand regularly throughout shifts
Assist with moving heavy loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and/or throughout properties on special deliveries
Close, distance and peripheral vision along with depth perception required during fulfillment process
Operate hand activated pallet jacks
**Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.**
