LOGIN Restaurant AGM Farmer's Table DESCRIPTION The AGM will work in tandem with the General Manager and Executive Chef to create an unparalleled and world class guest experience. The AGM will possess exceptional accountability for planning, organizing, and directing all guest services, beverage operations and development processes/systems. The AGM must have knowledge of wine and developing a wine menu.

You will possess experience in overseeing and supporting the entire front of house operation. Confidence in fine dining and always going that extra mile for our guests is essential to the AGM role. Building and maintaining an efficient team of employees, driving them towards the objectives of the business and leading a friendly, courteous, and professional service always. You will also need a strong business acumen and ensure that the restaurants personnel budgets are strictly adhered to.

Responsibilities: To support the General Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the business Ensuring the agreed standards of food service are adhered to at all times. To ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods. Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business. Recruit and select employees to the agreed staffing levels. To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded. Promote the training and development of staff to ensure standards are maintained, and monitor all training and development within the department. Manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals. To manage all disciplinary and grievance issues within the department
