Practice Description:

in Princeton, MN is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine or Med/Ped physician to see patients exclusively in the hospital setting.

Physician-led inpatient Internal Medicine care for specialty patients as part of a well-established, co-management structure.

M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center is a community hospital with a high level of services, certified as a level III trauma center.

Semi-open ICU model with ability to co-manage with Tele-Intensivists. Procedures and vent management are not required. Open to all levels of experience.

Flexible


FTE:
Block schedule of 7 on/off
Days: 7a-5p and

Swing Shifts:
noon-8p
NO nights
Advanced Practice Provider hospitalist support during the day
Current average daily hospitalist census: 13 per day
Admit approximately 3-6 patients per swing

Collaborate with TeleICU Critical Care physicians (located at Fairview Southdale hospital), Tele-Hospitalist service, and local ER Physician who is present on-site 24 hours/day.

Income Details:
~ Initial market competitive salary guarantee with additional earning potential
~$80,000 Sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency training program.
Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
