    GENERAL SUMMARY:

    Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Completes analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods. Completes recommendations for business processes that ensure alignment with strategic direction; integrates business processes between multiple organizations.
    • Completes the coordination of business process changes, assists in implementing system solutions.
    • Performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Refers complex, unusual problems to others.
    • Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
    • Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues. Understands and has experience with Service Level Agreements.
    • Maintains highest standards of honesty and integrity. Maintains confidentiality of employee, customer and corporate information.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • BS/BA in related discipline or Advanced degree (or equivalent Work experience).
    • Five to eight (5-8) years of successful experience in related field.
    • ITIL and or other industry certification, preferred. PMP, preferred.
    • Experience in a Health Care environment and familiarity with HIPAA, preferred.
    • ServiceNow ticketing experience is a plus
