- Completes the coordination of business process changes, assists in implementing system solutions.

- BS/BA in related discipline or Advanced degree (or equivalent Work experience).
- Five to eight (5-8) years of successful experience in related field.
- ITIL and or other industry certification, preferred. PMP, preferred.
- Experience in a Health Care environment and familiarity with HIPAA, preferred.
- ServiceNow ticketing experience is a plus
