- Develop road machine market in the responsible region and be responsible for sales indicators, including sales volume, market share, market ranking, gross profit margin, etc.
- Develop and manage Road machine customers according to the arrangement of regional manager.
- Establish customer files, track customer project trends and requirements, and write work logs.
- Organize market promotion activities and assist in product customs clearance.
- Prepare and implement new product launch activities and customer feedback.
- Diploma degree or above in engineering, power, mechanical, hydraulic or electrical related majors, with 8-15 years of sales experience of road machine; with working experience in MNCs or project management is preferred; MBA or above degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of road machine, having a clear understanding of road machine industry, equipment sales and management process.
- Good expression and communication abilities.
