    Are you a skilled Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) seeking a rewarding opportunity? Brilliant Smiles Xenia in Xenia, OH, invites you to join our dedicated team.
    At Brilliant Smiles Xenia, we're committed to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Currently, we need an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Monday through Thursday from 8a - 5p, and Friday from 8am - 12p Joining our team means joining a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills and contributions are valued. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and make a meaningful impact on our patients' oral health.

    We Offer:
    • Pay Based on Experience
    • Pay Range: $37 - $42

    Preferred Qualification:
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year.
    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • Self Motivated, Punctual, Team Player.
    • Open Dental Experience Preferred.
    • Proficiency in dental assistant terminology and procedures.

    Essential Functions:
    • Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures
    • Perform expanded functions including restorative procedures, coronal polishing, and sealant placement
    • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient visits
    • Provide chairside assistance and support to the dental team
    • Take and develop dental radiographs
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
    • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care

    License:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
    • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and X-ray Certification (Required)
    • Coronal Polishing (Required)
    • CPR Certification (Required)
    • Sealant Placement (Preferred)

    Hours:
    • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00AM - Noon
