    Job Highlights:
    Oversee the daily operations of the chemo infusion center and help develop processes to improve workflow and patient experience.

    Provide care to patients of the chemotherapy infusion center under the supervision of a medical oncologist in a safe and efficient manner.

    Direct, develops, leads and supports staff in the chemotherapy infusion center.

    Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team as a priority; all to ensure delivery of patient centered, quality care.

    Will make rounds as needed on inpatients to maintain continuity of care.

    Salary Range:
    $120,000/yr.-$170,000/yr. (commensurate with experience)
