    We are currently looking for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST who will be responsible for performing complex and varied administrative, budgetary, policy and workflow support of the Housing Authority operations.

    Some key duties the incumbent will be responsible for are:


    Performs complex and responsible analysis on the performance of housing programs to ensure the linkage of administrative policy, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reporting requirements and operational objectives; identifies challenges, obtains necessary information and data for analysis; analyzes alternatives.


    Participates in authoring various agency documents such as board memos, agency publications and other reports/plans; documents and collects appropriate information from subject matter expert and prepares documents and coordinates back-up as needed.


    Analyzes and explains federal, state and local legislative proposals and regulatory changes for impact on agency operations; reviews notices, guidance, and requirements issued by HUD and other entities; prepares analysis, comments, and briefings on new legislation, judicial interpretations, and regulatory agency directives to assess potential impact to the Agency/industry.

    EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/REQUIREMENTS


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent with emphasis in Public or Business Administration or related fieldFour (4) years increasingly responsible experience providing data collection and analysis.

    Previous university-level research and housing program/policy analysis experience preferred.

    SALARY/BENEFITS

    Salary:
    $68, $85, Salary, Exempt)

    Regular Full time position: 9/80 work schedule
