- Machine Operator (Die Cutter) Job Overview: The Machine Operator will operate all aspects of a die cuttings machine.
- Performs manual and machine operator tasks related to the set-up, maintenance, and operation of the die cutter.
- 1 year minimum experience as a Die Cutter on a Bobst, Youngshin, or large format clam shell equipment (such as Thompson or Standard)
- Technical or vocational degree in graphic arts preferred
- Reads, reviews and understands the job ticket, layout sheet, proofs, artwork, and customer specifications before beginning the scheduled job
- Use Rules sheet for inspecting trims, straightness, correctness of folds, and checks sheet against proofs and artwork.
