The company operates walk-in mental health facilities that are accessible and open 24 hours a day, offering services such as Psych Express Care, Psych Crisis Care, and Psych Progressions. This approach not only elevates patient care quality but also alleviates strain on the mental health system, reducing costly emergency room visits and in-patient treatments.

    Having expanded rapidly in its first year, with a dedicated team of over 450 members, MIND 24-7 has successfully launched three facilities in the Greater Phoenix area, catering to over 10,000 individuals seeking assistance. The company is now gearing up for further expansion into additional states in the upcoming year.

    Shift available Sunday-Wednesday 7a-5p

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Environmental Services Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment within healthcare spaces. Responsibilities include disinfecting and cleaning areas, disposing of hazardous waste, and sterilizing equipment and furniture. Additionally, the role involves providing support with patient nutrition services.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Performing various cleaning tasks like mopping and sweeping
    • Replenishing janitorial supplies
    • Emptying trashes and restocking supplies
    • Cleaning and sanitizing recliners, chairs, and tables
    • Disinfecting high-traffic areas and maintaining cleanliness
    • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
    • Organizing and restocking patient snacks
    • Sanitizing countertops and equipment
    • Monitoring temperature logs on refrigerators and freezers

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Arizona Driver's License
    • Fingerprint clearance card
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and effective communication skills
    • Training certificate in Blood Borne Pathogens

    Education or Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Previous experience in Environmental Services
    • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
    • Food Handlers Card desired
