- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, needs, and objectives.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify and document detailed business requirements
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks in requirements and propose solutions.
- Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, including business process diagrams, use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
- Develop detailed requirement specifications that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical team members.
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and project managers, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to convey project status, requirements, and changes
- Monitor and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that requirements traceability is maintained, linking business objectives to project deliverables.
- Work closely with QA testers to validate that the developed solution meets the specified requirements.
- Participate in testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that defects are appropriately documented and resolved.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making related to system enhancements or new initiatives.
- If applicable, conduct data analysis to uncover insights and trends that can inform business decisions. Collaborate with data teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate data integration.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
