We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry. The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding a variety of materials, including aluminum, titanium, Inconel and stainless steel, to produce precision components for aircraft.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment according to welding procedures
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in TIG welding
• Experience with aviation or aerospace welding preferred
• Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Certification in TIG welding is a plus (AWS D17)
