    Responsibilities:
    • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office:
    • Greet and assist associates in a professional and friendly manner
    • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
    • Provide general administrative support to various departments
    • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence or reports
    • Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of company documents
    • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts
    • Assist in drafting and proofreading written communications
    Requirements and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
    • Bilingual: English / Spanish.
