- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office:
- Greet and assist associates in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence or reports
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate and organized records of company documents
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts
- Assist in drafting and proofreading written communications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Bilingual: English / Spanish.
