    The Invision PA/CM solution is a legacy mainframe-based solution with a significant number of large clients across the acute hospital spectrum.

    The Invision PA/CM developers focus on retaining their clients and maintaining a sizable profit margin by providing high quality and timely product enhancements, regulatory compliance updates and excellent client support while completing all regulatory infrastructure and internal infrastructure requirements.

    Invision PA/CM is a full, robust Revenue Cycle Management solution. It is supported by a small US and BLR development team.

    The Invision PA/CM manager will oversee a dynamic slate of projects, constantly marshaling resources to meet escalations and shifting priorities.

    The manager will use the team's expertise to help define and decide upon the road map of projects that will be completed.

    The manager must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with client issues as well as negotiate requests to and from other solutions that interface with Invision PA/CM.

    The manager will work directly with the vendor that supplies regulatory software.

    The manager will lead a team of smart, motivated, diverse people, and given the autonomy as well as support to do their best work.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Lead engineering teams across the US and BLR to deliver solution enhancements, regulatory changes, regulatory infrastructure changes, required internal infrastructure changes and client support ; presently 5 US resources and 9 BLR resources including a BLR manager
    Lead projects that span multiple infrastructure domains including mainframe, server, networking and cloud
    Lead projects that span multiple groups and vendors
    Constantly evaluate resources to address dynamic priorities and escalations
    Drive escalated client support issues
    Act as Product Manager providing domain direction and decisions based on client and team feedback
    Cultivate best practices for software development, assuring designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
    Drive operational excellence for the team's areas of responsibility
    Collaborate with regulatory vendors on developing and implementing product roadmap
    Collaborate with other team leaders on developing and presenting product roadmaps including but not limited to mainframe systems group
    Provide oncall support for escalated, complex issues

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams
    5+ years of experience leadingand successfully deliveringlarge and complex technical projects from concept to production
    Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, resource optimization, multi-tasking skills
    Bachelor's or Master'sdegreein Computer Science or related engineering field
    Pluses

    :

    Mainframe knowledge (COBOL, JCL, CLIST/REXX, ISPF)
    Revenue Cycle domain knowledge – Reimbursement, Claim generation, Remittance, Contract Management

    US:

    Hiring Range:

    from $112,300 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:

    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
