- Assess and devise nursing care plans for assigned patients
- Support physicians during exams and procedures
- Conduct patient tests and administer medications within the RN scope of practice
- Empower patients towards independence by setting care goals and educating them and their families about their conditions, medications, and self-care practices
- Utilize experience and expertise to achieve objectives
- PRN scheduling
- Active RN License in NM or Compact RN License
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Post Partum care
- Prior supervisory background
