- A.S.A., E.A. or F.S.A., E.A. credentials
- 7-10+ years of experience in a pension and/or benefit consulting firm
- You possess in-depth knowledge of benefit program design, legislative, accounting, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to establish relationships at various organizational levels
- Strong collaboration and client relationship management skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated leadership qualities
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic work setting
- Skills to work within set timeframes while maintaining client profitability and quality
- Providing guidance to Chief Financial Officers and Human Resource Officers of medium to large companies on their retirement and benefit programs
- Leading annual pension valuations for clients and overseeing various projects like plan terminations, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, plan amendments, and designs
- Training and mentoring associates and analysts to support their continual growth
- Managing client budgets, setting expectations, meeting deadlines, and providing detailed client documentation
- Preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs, as well as participating in new business meetings with prospects
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective solutions in various subject areas for clients
