    Job Title: Staff Physician

    We are hiring a Staff Physician to join our growing physician-lead Geriatric practice at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Salary Range: $168,000 - $212,000 per year (includes base pay, bonus, and incentive)

    • Signing Bonus Available
    • Excellent compensation with bonus opportunity
    • Full Malpractice Coverage

    • 401(k) with up to 3% match potential
    • Professional Dues Reimbursement

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A medical degree from an accredited program and completion of a primary care residency program
    • Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice
    • A minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience
    • Prior geriatric fellowship training is preferred but not required
