We are hiring Aerostructures Engineers for a full-time opportunity in Tallassee. These are high-priority roles supporting advanced aircraft structural analysis and design programs. We are looking for experienced professionals with strong aerospace structural expertise.
Position 1:
Aerostructures Stress Analysis Engineer
Key Requirements:
5+ years of aerostructure stress analysis experience
Strong experience with composite and metallic structures
Tools:
HyperX / Sizer (Adon), Simcenter 3D, Nastran, Patran
Ability to perform hand calculations and validation
Experience with buckling, fatigue, damage tolerance, and structural strength analysis
Experience preparing stress reports, reserve factors, and certification documentation
Position 2:
Aerostructures Design Engineer
Key Requirements:
4–8 years of aerostructure design experience
Experience designing wing, fuselage, or empennage structures
Strong composite design experience (CFRP / Carbon Fiber)
Tools:
CATIA V5, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, PLM tools
Experience with BOMs, ECNs, and production support
