    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking a Radiology/X-Ray Technologist with at least 2 years of acute care experience and current ARRT (R) and BLS certifications.

    Responsibilities
    Position is based in a Level III Trauma Center imaging department
    Daily schedule is 10am–6pm with every other weekend required
    May float to a nearby sister hospital as needed
    Work includes general diagnostic radiology, OR, ER, and portable procedures
    Candidates must complete mandatory online training modules onsite prior to start
    COVID-19 vaccination is required
    Travelers may be required to float between sites within their scope
    Expect to perform computerized tomographic procedures and general radiology
    No blocked scheduling is permitted
    Candidates should demonstrate reliability, dependability, and excellent patient care

    Requirements
    Minimum of 2 years radiology tech experience required
    Active ARRT (R) certification required; advanced registry in CT or registry-eligible preferred
    Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
    Active MI license required if applicable
    High school diploma or GED required
    Proficiency with general radiology, CT, OR, ER, and portable imaging techniques
