    Business Process Analyst – Hybrid in Wilmington, DE

    The Business Analyst will design processes and changes to processes that will be used to implement the business transformation solutions completed through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements. They will adhere to the established processes and requirements to use case modeling processes to manage methodology and practices.

    Tasks/Objectives of the Role

    • Analyzing current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
    • Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with project goals.
    • Conduct a thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
    • Communicate with project team and project sponsor to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
    • Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
    • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5+ years of experience in business process analysis and project management
    • Experience working in pharmaceutical company preferred.
    • Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.
    • Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Must show sense of urgency, confidence, and ability to work with multiple teams and cross-collaboratively.

    Term & Start

    • Hybrid (60% on-site) in Wilmington, DE
    • 8-mo contract with possibility to extend, starting ASAP (project runs until 2027)
    • Pay Rate: $60-69/hr ($120-138k annually)
    • Business Unit: Finance
    • Interview process: Virtual interviews with HM and one or two directors.
